In cases of prominent frontal bone:
The frontal sinus is often large, with a thin anterior wall.
Type 3 frontoplasty removes the anterior wall, reshapes it, and repositions it for better contouring while preserving sinus function.

Osteoplasty (burring): Suitable for minor protrusions where anterior wall thickness allows safe reshaping without removal.

After thoroughly researching ear reduction surgeons I (finally) found dr varsak; most of them rejected my case on the grounds that ear reduction can leave a large scar. but I was determined, as I don't like the size of my ears and I always hide them with my hair Ear reduction is a more rare surgery and he has achieved it. oh my god I am so glad I found it, they are the perfect size for me and the incision is barely noticeable. Amazing Results I searched for Dr Varsak based on the type of result I wanted mentioned in my headline and well known on you tube by another dr I could never afford; I knew I was going to Istanbul for a facelift. A bit hard to figure out payment but his wonderful support team (don’t know if I can use names so I won’t) were so helpful and talked to me from the time I contacted them through to now we are still in contact and the whole experience was fantastic; I had been before to the country but the hospital was new to me and its is the most gorgeous hospital, smells amazing!you’ll see what I mean when you get to Turkey a lot of public places smell amazing but I just want to say that Dr Varsak is a genuine, caring man.

I could not recommend a better doctor and a surgeon than Dr. Varsak!
